Privacy Policy — FAST SOFT

Last updated: 12 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FAST SOFT ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile applications we publish (each, an "App"),

Not every section applies to every App — features differ between them. Where a section describes something an App does not do, it simply does not apply. The Data safety section on each App's Google Play listing sets out exactly what that particular App collects.

By using an App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1. Information you give us

Support requests. Some of our Apps let you contact support from inside the App. If you send a message that way, we collect:

  • the email address you provide, so we can reply
  • the message and subject you write
  • technical details attached automatically to help us diagnose the problem: app version, Android version, device manufacturer and model, and device language
  • where the App offers a subscription, an anonymous identifier for your subscription, so we can confirm its status

We use this only to answer your request. Messages are stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and forwarded to our support mailbox.

You may email us directly instead, in which case we receive only what you choose to send.

2. Information collected automatically

Crash reports and diagnostics. We use Firebase Crashlytics to record crashes and errors. Reports include device model, operating system version, app version, and the technical state of the App at the time of the crash.

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand which features are used and how our Apps perform. This is aggregate and statistical.

Advertising identifiers. Apps that show advertising use Google AdMob, which may access your device's advertising ID. See section 6.

3. Device permissions and on-device data

Some Apps ask for permissions in order to work. Where they do, the information is used on your device to provide the feature, and is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers. You can refuse or later withdraw any of these permissions in Android Settings; the App will continue to work with that feature disabled.

4. What we do not collect

  • We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name.
  • We never see or store your payment card or billing details.
  • We do not upload your personal media files, contacts, calendar entries, recordings or location history to any server of ours.
  • We do not sell any of this information.

5. Local network features

Some of our Apps communicate with devices on your own Wi-Fi network — for example sending media to a TV, or connecting to a controller or car display. To do this an App may run a temporary local server on your device and discover devices using standard protocols such as Google Cast, DLNA/UPnP or Bluetooth.

This traffic stays on your local network, between your device and the device you chose. Screen mirroring, where offered, is performed by Android and your device manufacturer, not by us.

6. Advertising

Free versions of our Apps show ads supplied by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to show relevant ads and measure their performance.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy options link inside the App.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Where an App offers a paid subscription, subscribers see no ads.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

Where an App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, these are sold and processed by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details.

Some Apps use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier for your installation and your purchase history from Google Play, so the App knows whether your subscription is active. It does not receive your name or payment details.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions.

8. Service providers

We share information only with providers that operate parts of our Apps on our behalf:

ProviderPurpose
Google Firebase (Firestore)storing support messages
Google Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics)crash reporting and usage statistics
Google AdMobadvertising in free versions
Google Playprocessing purchases and subscriptions
RevenueCatmanaging subscription status

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

9. How long we keep information

We keep support messages, and the email address attached to them, for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a record of previous correspondence. You can ask us to delete them sooner — see section 10.

Crash and analytics data are retained according to Google's own retention settings for Firebase.

10. Your rights and how to delete your data

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it

To request deletion, email vipsupport@fastsoftlabs.com from — or quoting — the email address you used to contact us, and name the App. We will delete your support messages and that email address within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

Because our Apps have no user accounts, we hold nothing else that identifies you personally.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar laws, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

11. Children

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. Access to support messages is restricted: an App can only create a support message, never read one sent by anyone else.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International transfers

Our service providers, including Google, may process and store information on servers outside your country. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Apps change. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continuing to use an App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
